All programs receiving First 5 Fresno County funds must adhere to the Commission’s adopted policies in addition to the
Service Provider Manual. Any agency applying for First 5 Fresno County funds must become familiar with and follow these policies:

In addition, we encourage potential partners to review our contract templates.  A Direct Service Contract is used when direct service activities are provided to children, parents (including child care providers and guardians), and professionals.  A Supportive/Professional Service Contract is used when services are not directly provided  to children and parents (including child care providers and guardians).
